What you will do

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for Accurate client billing and timely collections. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work closely with Sales and Sales Operations to understand and track customers’ subscriptions, billing schedules, customers’ payments and revenue across various agreement structures and execute process improvements with strong critical thinking skills and a sense of urgency. 


Responsibilities


Ø Review and approve new opportunities in SalesForce

Ø Create and send accurate recurring and non-recurring customer invoices

  • Primary owner of data and data quality, including data acquisition, data integrity, and reporting
  • Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau (REQUIRED), SQL and Salesforce, Hubspot and potentially other tools to provide on-demand reporting, powerful visualizations and insights to senior leaders.
  • Automate internal marketing data processes, including creating and maintain campaign data requirements, act as department data steward, collaborating with IT and Business Intelligence teams.
  • Project manage 3rd party vendors to enrich existing and/or acquired data
  • Perform proactive and ad hoc analyses ranging from identifying target accounts for sales opportunities
  • Calculate marketing attribution and evaluate the success of our marketing campaigns 
  • Requirements:

      • 4+ years data visualization tool experience required, Tableau Desktop Certification a plus 
      • Ability to work on complex SQL queries and Business Intelligence tools including but not limited to Excel, Tableau, Salesforce
      • Team player who can also work well independently and virtually with a high attention to detail
      • Desire to challenge the status quo including learning new marketing software tools and systems
      • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal 
      • Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills 
      • Proactive in learning the business processes, data flows, and systems functionality in order to support the technical team and provide guidance/advice to business partners

Web Developer - Boston (MA)

Checkmarx is seeking a web developer with web design experience to lead the strategy, maintenance and optimization for the company’s website (Checkmarx.com ) and other web properties.

In this role, you should be detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator. Balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind is essential. If you also have a strong technical background, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure the functionality and efficiency of our web infrastructure.

This position reports to the Vice President of Communications and will be based in the Greater Boston, MA (USA) area.

Key Responsibilities

Web Strategy – Develop and execute a web strategy and measurement plan and communicate the performance of the web site. Work with product and content marketing teams to ensure web content is up to date and gaps are addressed.

Web Development and Maintenance – Build pages and web functionality; test websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices; optimize loading speeds and capacity; debug pages and fix broken links or images; update website content; and address user issues.

Web Project Management – Work with multiple stakeholder groups including marketing, IT, HR and other departments across the organization to define scope, requirements and timelines for complex web updates. Develop project plans and manage external vendors as needed.

SEO – Develop and execute an SEO strategy to support marketing and business goals; collaborate with content teams.

Website Optimization – Continually improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the Checkmarx website. Develop and execute strategies for improving visitor-to-lead conversion. Monitor and analyze site performance.

Website Reporting - Provide ongoing results and data analysis, including website traffic, conversions and revenue associated with new customers from web leads.

  • Requirements:

    • ·      5+ years proven experience as a Web Developer, Web Designer/Developer or Webmaster

      ·      Up-to-date knowledge and expertise in web analytics tools eg: Google Analytics, SEM tools

      ·      Experience leading SEO programs

      ·      Working knowledge of website management tools – (e.g. Wordpress)

      ·      Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and Javascript is preferred

      ·      Proficient with marketing automation tools – previous experience with HubSpot and Salesforce preferred

      ·      Design proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign preferred

      ·      Experience working with multiple web development vendors and agencies.
