Emmanuel Benzaquen, BOARD MEMBER

Emmanuel Benzaquen served as the Chief Executive Officer of Checkmarx from 2006 until February 2023, during which time he played a pivotal role in leading the company from its inception to the forefront of developing and delivering software security solutions to the wider public. Currently, he serves as a member of the board.

Maty Siman, Founder & CTO

Maty Siman is the Chief Technology Officer at Checkmarx. As the company’s founder, he has been instrumental in overseeing its technology and product strategy, helping customers achieve their goals of developing and releasing more secure software.

Intelligent Wave, Inc.

Intelligent Wave specializes in network connection, authorization and other processing systems for credit card payments.

Intelligent Wave boasts a broad range of client companies ranging from banks, distribution and credit company related cards to overseas banks, post offices, e-commerce firms and consumer finance firms.

Intelligent Wave commands about a 70% share of the domestic online credit card systems market among major credit card providers.

K1 Capital
