Pre-Sale Manager (location: Tel Aviv)

We are looking for a talented pre/post-sales manager to manage our pre/post sales team and to support our Sales and Business Development activities worldwide.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the Pre/Post sales team reporting to the VP Sales
• Day to day management of Pre-Sales personnel including time management, assessment, training and disciplinary issues.
• Ensure that Sales, Product Management and Development receive such support as requested.
• Edit / perform technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Answer technical aspects of Requests for Proposals (RFP) and project proposals
• Design implementation solutions according to customers technical requirements 
• Deploy and implement Checkmarx solutions, from planning to acceptance, and work with customers to resolve any outstanding technical issues 

Job requirements:

• Excellent presentation skills in front of customers, business partners and large audiences (English and Hebrew)
• At least 3 years management experience in pre-sales / support
• Most of career spent in software companies / software products.
• Experience working with customers abroad in various cultures
• At least 3-4 years of software development. Experience with developing applications and the software development life cycle in a senior developer, development project manager, Technical Lead, or similar role, and be experienced with object-oriented programming languages (C#, .NET, JAVA…)
• A background in the software security industry is preferred (penetration testing, code review…) 
• Academic degree preferred; Masters Degree and/or CISSP certification a definite plus
• Fluent English (writing / spoken), additional languages are an advantage
• Technical writing experience
• Willing to travel for 1 to 2 weeks at a time as needed (up to 30%)
• Excellent team / autonomous work capabilities
